During a warm evening, in a small cave on Angel Island, a young echidna couple, named Knuckles and Zyanya, anxiously wait for the hatching of their first-born's egg.
As Zyanya is resting, after laying said egg, Knuckles takes over to keep the egg warm and watches over it as his mate sleeps.
The background took way too long to draw, but I really love how this came out :3
