Yes, that is a reference to the title music for What's New Scooby Doo. I got the idea for this little comic from a part that title sequence (if you watch it you will see what this whole premise is based on).

Despite this comic being made for Halloween, its set in a 'random' time of night. So it could be Halloween night, it could be any random Monday night or Friday night. Its just... a night... good night!

An entire comic where size difference/size comparison is the main plot of it :D
