Actually I mostly just watched videos that showed every scenario in the game. What happens when you rock and when you suck and how the levels change when your cool meter is full. They even showed the uncensored "Island" stage. It was really cool.
The nightmare stuff came about because I was going through withdrawal symptoms and during that time it's like my brain was just processing things in a wonky way so i had nightmares about poor Lammy trapped in hell being tortured by the level bosses and Rammy. Very depressing.
Fortunately I've put that chapter of my life behind me and I'm clean. Also I got hooked because I have chronic pain in my spine and the only thing my doctors could do is just give me pills to not feel pain. So I'd be stuck going through withdrawal at the end of every month until my prescription refill came.
