When the young couple of Cacau and Nathaniel had problems getting pregnant they´ve decided to get a fertility for Cacau. Said test sadly comfirmed what both already feared. She´s got a genetic predisposition, which results in her fertility beeing very low. But Nathaniel isn´t willing to give up yet.
