When I saw some Valentines Day short films with the cartoon Simon's Cat where the cat tried to woo and impress the female cat. But even after she rejected him. He was smiling like "Yup. She digs me." Those kind of shorts made me think of Johnny Bravo in a way. So I decided to to put Simon's Cat as Johnny Bravo. Im not sure if I needed to put that hairstyled wig and/or shoes. I might as well call him "Kitty Bravo" for that.
