The question mark and stuff ALMOST makes me think she is feeling sad that she wasn't the one that was wanted.

Maybe she just prefers it a bit more "forced" onto her hehe.

Personally I see Paula being more into padded pet play. But yes, she's a pretty tumble lil girl, so I'm inclined to see her wanting to be "forced" into that too~
