My desire to create a picture for "Puck" went hand in hand with wanting to have an image of "Griaule". Both are enemies from Final Fantasy XIV, both from the same area, namely Il Mheg, a place ruled by the fairies and nature. Puck is a creature summoned while fighting Titania, the ruler of the Land.

Griaule on the other hand is a dungeon boss, and not even the final one. None the less left a big impression on me, and likely the developers liked him too, having been put in the benchmark for the Shadowbringers expansion.

He's a wooden dragon, completely made of branches, leaves, with an authentic tree growing on top of him. While fighting him, he also is able to grow in size. The only way to win is to use the growth effect on yourself. It's a really fun concept!

Much like with Puck, I failed to do him justice, so I asked for the help of a more talented artist, and once more, I wasn't disappointed. Show some love, will ya?
