Pachua has the distinction of having the biggest biceps ever. But with that distinction, comes the tradeoff of certain inconveniences. In this case, trying to get into a comfortable position when those massive bulging biceps just insist on getting in the way. Trust me, she's not trying to flex at all. Those mountainous peaks sometimes seem to have a mind of their own.
