Cause Halloween is coming up, its probably time I post something in the spirit of such.

In this case, here we have my rendition of the T.O.T.S. character Katia who loves things Halloween and shouting "Boo!" to anyone. She also dones a witch hat too. I kind of rushed this one a little bit, so its not my best. Not to mention I colored the hat a bit off. It seemed fine until I scanned it making the color brighter then it was. But what do you guys think?

I have now. And I saw she was voiced by Tara Strong too. Someone who's no stranger to voicing babies.

Yea, I don't think that's right .

The credits say she is voiced by Elizabeth Phoenix Caro. All of the babies on the show aren't voiced by adults, but young kids.

After seeing her episode though, she seems like a very cheeky and feisty kitty. I wonder if she keeps sweeties in her diaper for trick or treating.

Like she notices another baby that needs cheering up after she scares them and they don't like it that much. So she digs into her diaper and pulls out a sweet for them to make them happy again.

Oh, I think Katia is a very smart baby. She'd know to take all of her candy out of her diaper and put it away somewhere else before she uses her diaper. Then she can put all her candy back in her new diaper after she's been changed.
