Cream also clearly provoked Tails in the first place tho, so I think they're both kinda at fault. But I see this less as Tails being mad at Cream, and more being ashamed for losing herself in the heat of the moment

Excellent comic. I liked the ending with the reference to Evangelion. I can already imagine how the next comic would be: Cream: Doctors say that sex is good during pregnancy. Tailsko: You're only saying that because we haven't had sex in the last few weeks, and you're desperate. Cream: Exactly. And on the final page they are in the hospital, with the baby (or babies) in their arms.
