This is the first drawing I ever posted, I planned to do it for a forum contest about making a Sonic character dressed for Halloween but cannot reach the deadline but wanted to finish it whatever.

Not a fan of Rouge in particular but get the idea while playing Pumpkin Hill on SA2.
