Done back in 1998, I don’t remember the exact things going on at the time for an artist in the fandom by Tygger Graf, but she was feeling down or depressed and the artist I commissioned here and I decided to make this to cheer Tygger up hopefully. Sadly I have lost contact with both, and just going off what little I think I remember correctly.
