It wasn't too uncommon for members of the royal guard to develop an affinity for the introverted little royal known as Prince Vexxus.
Ever since the snow fox had been escaped that mysterious, otherworldy captor who ran unholy experiments on him, it was as though he'd developed some inexplicable aura of desire that few could resist.

Ironically, the prince was too timid to take advantage of his unnatural allure. Once a happy, carefree little kit, Vexxus had become reclusive and timid due to his mutations.

Whatever it was that had been done to him, he was no longer comfortable in the public eye... nor did he like others seeing what had become of his left eye.
There was no question that young Vexxus was different now, but at least it was nice to see him remove his eye patch in a relatively public ballroom like this.
He hardly ever did that these days. Perhaps he simply felt safe around this blue hyena? Perhaps he felt really safe around him...
