Times may change and themes will come and go, but in the end it's the villains. It's always been about the villains. From the very beginning these countdowns were a celebration of villainy and sixteen years in I still hold to that-mostly. Why? Because the dark side just has more fun and what better time to celebrate that then Halloween? A time when we can all entertain our id and revel in being mischievous, if even for just a day; so why not toss the bad guy a bone once in awhile? Let 'em win, if only this one time, what harm could it do? ...okay, maybe it could do a lot of harm with very long lasting consequences... forget I said that!
