On Halloween night you go to the cemetary and stand above the graves. You look up at the night sky until you find the red star. Then as you stare at it you listen to the wind as it blows through the trees. If you are lucky you will hear the voices of the dead who rest below you... or so the story goes.

This was the story young Jennifer Perkins had heard at school in 1985. Curious, she went out on her own to see if it would work. She was never seen or heard from again.

Police searched the woods around the cemetery but all they found of young Jennifer was some of her hair. Some individual strands dangled from branches high up in the trees, others sat in large clumps on the ground coupled with torn pieces of scalp. No foot prints or tracks of any kind were found to help indicate what may have taken her.

The hair and flesh of her scalp was collected and burried in the same cemetery she had last been seen entering. It is said that on Halloween night, if you enter the cemetery, Jennifer Perkin's ghost will be waiting, longing to tell the story of what happened to her. So far no man, woman, or child has had the bravery to attempt this, would you?
