Hey, it's Huey, Dewey, and Louie together on a Halloween night. This was, most assuredly, not what they came out here dressed as but the wrath of some intense Halloween pranksters saw to it that this was indeed how they'd end their Trick or Treating session. Their candy may be gone and their diapers may be on open display but at least they have each other.
The 2017 DuckTales is my new favorite cartoon. See it before your life ends.

This one reminds me of that old House of Mouse short: Donald’s Halloween Scare! It was from the “House of Villains” Halloween special! Anyone have a link to that full short?
