Character Sheet for Blubby
Character Description
A fairly small, wingless blue dragon. Has a strange power over bubbles of air, allowing their creation whether he's underwater or not, and can inflate them to tremendous sizes.
His lungs are drastically bigger on the inside, enabling him to hold roughly 100 times the amount of air it seems like he should. Despite that, even if they're full of air, it has no effect whatsoever on his buoyancy, and he simply sinks like a rock underwater. Filling his lungs completely takes about 30 seconds of constant inhaling, and he can then go on that one breath for an extremely long time, his record being about 6 hours. It's uncomfortable having them full, though, so he typically goes with around 10% of his maximum, for about half an hour of breath.
He can see fine underwater without goggles, which is normal for the dragons of his world, but he likes wearing them anyway, and is pictured here with his favorite set.

Background/History
A few days after hatching, while he was asleep, a magical anomaly happened to naturally form nearby and drift toward him. Eventually, he ended up inhaling it, and it permanently altered his body, enlarging the inside of his lungs and giving his bubble-related abilities. No one witnessed this, and Blubby himself believes that he's simply always been this way.
Relatives/Family
Blubby's parents are still around. His mom is a lighter blue than him, and his dad is darker and has wings.
Accessories
Tends to wear goggles underwater, though has no need for them.
