In keeping with the Yardville-topic character uploads, this is Madam Skelda, the grumpy Witch Doctor/Witch and one of the so-called "villains" of Yardville, though her plans go awry more times than not. Her design (and character) is meant to be a hybrid between maleficent Eastern witches and the more benevolent Witch Doctors.
So far the Friday updates are working pretty well for me, so I'll try to keep with this schedule as best I can.
