This is (supposed to be, at least) of course Mrs. Bucket (It's Bouquet!) played by Patricia Routledge from British sitcom Keeping Up Appearances. I tried to draw a portrait based on this picture but it didn't come up quite right.
Humans are hard for me to draw too, lol. But to be fair, it's still an honest InkTober submission ,and it's a touching mention of an older popular sitcom. :3
