First draft of a new character I'm working on.

Beware the mysterious and bewitching spellcaster, Circe!

I'll reveal more details about his powers later, but for now, know that his magic wheel can be fitted with special magic wax tokens called "Tokens of Desire" that he can acquire from others to borrow their abilities temporarily.
