Character Description
A gothic magician, her eyes changes to yellow when she's mad. Always carries a few bottles of potions.
Personality
Elle is very passionate, prone to learning new things. She has a big interest on both sorcery... and jesters, even acted like one sometimes. We don't know if she's acting or is genuinely crazy.

Background/History
At some points during her young child life, her parents passed away, and is taken care of by one of her father's friend. During that time she began learning a lot about sorceries. Eventually she left on her own accords for adventures, looking for an inspiring witch to learn from.
She now moved into in a coincidentally vacant house in Opal Town, but sometimes stay over in Phantony's mansion. She had a bedroom specially prepared for her, but sometimes Elle still sleeps with her in the same room.
Relatives/Family
Phantony is her mistress, but more or less treated Elle almost like a daughter.
World/Setting
Elle resides in a house near the specific cave tunnel where Twilight Prowlers tend to crawl to the surface due to the town's lack of sunlight. She claimed to have slaughtered a few, but no one saw that, right??
Body
Whether her purple eyelids were part of her skin or eyeshadow is unknown
Clothing
She wears gothic dress, almost too familiar with another certain young witch.
Accessories
She has an earring with a polished lapis lazuli.
Her tail ring originally belongs to the original mage twins, I eventually removed it from them because I kept forgetting about it.
