This Wednesday I'm gonna start doing adoptable, breedable YCH auctions where your character can breed with Luck and I'll design the offspring with personality and canonical backstory. Luck wouldn't do this normally, so obviously I needed to invent the plot of a desperate socialistic government to conveniently explain his sudden need to procreate.

I neglected to mention it's run under a lottocracy where top leaders are chosen from citizens at random, like jury duty only the twelve of you are a presidential body.

Slight problem with a GBP, or being force-bred...(prob. negative side) Nowhere does it say "with a furry of the opposite gender"... Guys might be just strapped to a table and electrolysis might be used to forcefully "extract" viable samples that would then be modified and used for IVF on GBP/ force-bred women... On a possible positive side/alternative of GBP, clean glory holes on every street corner with a card reader to record you did your civil duty...
