You know what's funny? In Cyberpunk lore, there are a Type of Enhanced known as "Exotics", who use Biosculpting to modify their appearances completely.
Most of them usually give themselves animal features, and some go as far as to become like anthros.
This means Roadie is merely an uncommon sight on the streets of Night City, seeing as normally, Bioware Augmentation is expensive and fairly time consuming... And the hefty Cyberware could be considered as "Experimenting with both Cyberware and Bioware".
Still, I do get the feeling Roadie can handle Adam Smasher...
