Character Description
Havoc is the second prototype for the Ultimate LifeForm project with the mind of G.U.N. soldier Thomas Riot installed in his mind. He has insane genetically enhanced physical attributes, especially his physical strength which greatly surpassing Knuckles or Omega's strength, and the ability to freely manipulate Chaos Energy in the shape of destructive blasts that he can fire from his entire body, shields to protect himself, a green aura that powers him up even further and lets him fly, teleportation and the ability to constantly replenish his Chaos energy making him an unflagging warrior. As a plus, everytime his rage spikes, so does his strength.
Personality
When Tom downloaded his mind into the beast's empty brain, Havoc gained Tom's bitter, secretly sadistic and cinical behavior. In contrast to the new power gained, Tom became more unstable and savage, bloodthristy and violent to the core.

Background/History
Havoc's Backstory
Havoc was the second prototype for the Ultimate LifeForm project before Gerald discarded the idea that reptiles were the best base for the project. He was more evolved than BioLizard, being capable of thought, speech and understanding, but the immense power coursing through his veins made him mentally unstable, hence why Gerald Robotnik and his crew had to wipe his mind clean and lock his body in a special G.U.N. storage building, after an accident which had caused the death of many scientists.
Tom's Backstory
Tom had grown on Mobius under his overachieveing, bullying and abusing father, determined to prove his family name's worth after his own father died on the ARK because of Terios, hence why Tom despises Shadow's prototype. Once he found out about the location of Havoc, he stole a mind, swapping machine and, after finding the mindless corpse of Havoc, he implanted his mind in the monster, thus becoming Havoc. With this newfound power, Tom fought Sonic, Shadow, Amy, a reformed Terios, Eggman's army and his own G.U.N. platoon, coming very close in killing Sonic, Shadow and Terios before being defeated by the latter overpowering him with her energy drain ability. After his defeat, he was taken in custody, his whereabouts known only to G.U.N. generals.

Body
He has a massive, burly dark orange, almost brown, scaly body. He sports a violet underbelly. He has spiky grass green hair, green eyes on a violet sclera which are decored with a bright green motive running down from them. His shoulders and the attachment of his legs are dark grey and the former sport each a series of two spikes.
Accessories
He still wears the bracelets he had in his cryogenic coffin and a small Chaos reactor fused to his back
