Another day at the training academy. Doing some light saber techniques with Lokai here. We approached the Jed Master and were given to go the activate.

Master Jedi: Cubs, activate your light sabers!

*lightsaber activating sounds*

Lokai has a blue one, matching his eyes. But then he glances at mine and...

Lokai: Huh, what...?

Tavi: *looks back* What? It comes in orange. :D

*if ONLY there was an orange one. Or one used in the movies ^^

I have Knights of the old republic on xbox and they say that a saber's color means the rank one is part of.. i think orange is ambassador or something, a diplomatic jedi whom is usually represent the order during meetings.

I wish they had a orange saber in any of the Star Wars episodes! They should've had an orange one in Episode IV: A New Hope!

Blue Lightsaber, Indicates the lightsaber of a Jedi Guardian. This is a Jedi who tended to fight the Sith on a physical level, less focus on force ability.
Green Lightsaber, Indicates the lightsaber of a Jedi Consular. This is a Jedi who preferred to ponder the mysteries of the force and fight the dark side at it's heart, less focus on saber skills.
Yellow Lightsaber, Indicates the lightsaber of a Jedi Sentinel. This is a Jedi who honed their skills in a balance of combat and scholarly pursuits. A balance between force and saber.
Red Lightsaber, Indicates the lightsaber of a Sith or Dark Jedi. This is a characteristic that generally indicated a prominent user of the dark side of the force. The red represents blood and violence. Generally these crystals are synthetically grown.
A blade with a stronger glow/beam usually indicates the user is stronger in the force.

on a other note I think this picture is really cute.
