Madam Felicity Claw is the owner of a brothel with high class clientele. She took over when the original owner "handed over" the business and "retired".

Felicity runs a tight ship at the brothel which acts as an unofficial shelter. She dotes on her workers and her number one rule is to cause no harm*. Her employees are family and always come before the clientele. (this includes the entire house staff, not just escorts)

Felicity is a mix of several different types of raptors. Which ones, she doesn't know. She didn't stick around her family longer then needed and honestly could care less
Felicity is trans.
Has zero f*cks to give to bigots. While she runs her house legally and on the books to protect her workers, she is not above making people disappear.
*This rule only applies to those living in the house, ie don't steal from your bunk mates or co-workers. This does NOT apply to Felicity or the business itself.
