I think a lot of people will see where I'm going with this...
Well, to sum it up, didnt feel like I needed coffee to stay up or need help to sleep when I was a kid... I never really had a problem with sleep or staying awake.
I'M NOW 27... I NEED coffee to stay up at work and the day, and I NEED Melatonin gummies to help me sleep... I work full-time and in a day, I have about 3 cups of coffee: one when I wake, one when I arrive and start work, and one when I am mid-way through work... The 6 cups here is overkill but you all know what I mean: being an adult now sucks and health is an issue yet there's no going back... I'm sure you all feel the same way...
Also, I don't really add glasses to my fursona but thought I'd add this effect to show the downward trend of health and realism. I also wear glasses in real because my vision sucks... Im staring at screens all day, too so I have blue-light protection lenses.
Maybe your fatigue is cause the body spends water, vitamins and minerals just to get rid of caffeine and excess sugar, you should try taking multivitamins
It gets much more absurd if you have ADHD, we wake with no energy and practically still asleep due to delayed cyrcadian rhytm activation, and gradually build up energy during the day so at nigh time we get hyperactive, a condition alike to mania, and we simply can't sleep anymore as our brain tries to shift us to a nightime schedule with fake 40 hours days to deal we it we just drink a lot of coffee during the day so we crash down at sleep time.
