Allow me to introduce Cedric Sylas Pinrea or "Cedric the Third". He is belongs to the minor nobility and rules over a small region near the border between Bigtree and the Wastelands. Even though he is an advisor to the current royal court and married, he does not entirely support the current ruler. It is known to the public that Cedric is one of the biggest contributors of the O.O.R. and has access to most of the organisation's knowledge. What is less known is that if Cedric is back in is home region he will either scour the local bars & brothels using his second name, Sylas, looking for a good time. He wants a male, preferably well-endowed, and either take their time at the establishment or hire them for a special quest back at his home.
