This is The Little Girl Skunk. She is an orphan who JD Winkerman adopted. She wears diapers because of her poor hygiene. She wears a vest and a cape which was her blanket. She is usually seen dirty and she is often stinky with a foul odor in her fur and her diaper. She used to have diapers that leak but soon got diapers with leak guards.
