hey guys!!! so in belgium the laws abouth picking up dog poop is similiar to that from the usa so for the people who dont know the law the law says that if you dog poops you have to pick it up or get a ticket :3 but any way here in belgium i have reeded that when a horse takes a shit on the street its allowed becaus apparently horses are registered as travel animals which is bullshit X3 so any way sometimes when i go for a walk with nestor i dont usually pick  up his poop and the main reason why exactly is becaus well other people who own a beagle or Maltese dont pick it up either becaus the spot were i go usually has 3 piles laying around daily so why should i pick it up.....but when i do need to pick it up becaus i can feel people watching me its not exactly a pleasure.........feeling with you bag covered hand a warm clay like..... pile of dog shit......its like nestor either holds his shit until we go for a walk or he just gives his bowls a push to see if something is inside he is like a feral dave england XDX3 https://www.austinchronicle.com/binary/0e40/scaled.engl...
