My newest OC! She is a Yin Yang Yo OC. Her name is Narcissa, a rattle-cobra (half cobra, half rattlesnake) and an amateur villainess. She hates successful villains because she sees them as overrated. She kinda prefers the underrated ones. And she hates goodie-goodies. And she has a fatal venomous bite, where the cure is almost impossible to find and obtain. And she has a very short fuse, so don't mess with her if you don't want to get bitten. She is also a mechanical genius who builds war machines
