There's not enough Dewgong art, so I made a character!

This is Days. He's a male, and has a sister named Nights. Or else he can transform his gender. Or else he crossdresses as Nights. It's really up in the air. He wears Hawaiian shirts though. And I considered glasses until I realized how silly glasses are when you don't have ears.
