Alright there is alot to unpack here this is one of my most complexed comics I've drawn to date, so here's a backstory of this than later I'll add the Joyride blunder story leading up to how it all happened.
[Chatper 1] The Back Story
Travis Barkly, who works and runs a lawn care business in Barkdale mowing, weeding, and seeding the lawns for the residents of Barkdale, when ever a lawn needs to be cut they call on Travis to get the job done. He and his son Tyrick who works along side him, have just moved in from TimberWolf Fall Meadows to be close with their Neighbors and good friends the Muttly's who have moved to Barkdale after their son Zack graduated from high school to do more house flips in barkdale.
Matt Muttley works as a independent house flipper along with his wife Ashley who stages and paints as well restore old furniture to sell the house once they are done.
times were tough for Ty and his father, after the loss of wife Michele due to natural causes and as Travis self-esteemed started to dwindle so has Ty as he started to have nightmares and bed wettings every night and Travis notice this and comfort his son, eventually Travis decide to put his son back in diaper which help Tyrick greatly, but thing were still rough for them but the push on to make ends meet.
Soon after Tyrick's 21st birthday, Travis decided that he and his son should move to Barkdale to be with the Muttley's and luckley for them the phone ring and it was matt who surprised Travis with a house that they just finish flipping and wanted to know if they wanted to buy it, and of course Travis said yes to that offer and counldn't wait to see them again.
After saying goodbye to their friends and family, and the moving truck all packed up, Travis and Ty were all set to Barksdale. it was a very long journey to Barkdale but Ty and Trav made the best of it the trip to Barkdale stopping to take picture, fill up at the pump and food and the occasional diaper changes as rest stops to stretch thier legs.
Soon after passing a big Bonedrys Diapers billboard sign with the BoneDrys HQ on the left they knew they made it Barkdale, Travis called up Matt to told him they made it soon after they met up with Matt at Dave Walkers Insurance to do some paper work Travis and Ty moved into their new house which was a tri-level mid century house few 10 minute drive away from Matts house and it didn't take long for Travis and Ty be back at doing the lawn of their neighbor's of Barkdale.
