Background/History
Was only a girl Webbys age and friends with all the ducks until a spell backfired so that when she’s around Scrooge she ages to 18 minus any breast increase or virginity loss or pubic feather growth because of the physical age increase. Inside she still knows she’s the same age mentally as Webby but acts 18 because her body is somewhat 18. Scrooge saw her at 18 but didn’t know it was the same kid Michelle and thus became one and only to each other. With two eggs on the way thanks to Scrooge. No Scrooge will never know about her magical accident and somehow when she goes off to see Scrooge and ages up, she doesn’t have to worry because none of the kids remember to tell Scrooge. Something like that.
