A series (themed with Fighters and Muscle Growth) mainly features characters of 101 Dalmatian Street. To make this simple, this series takes place during Hypercore's Rampage, not related to anything coming from Product Placement and the MALAKAS Project. Also to note, other muscle growth series are still running, so don't worry. I just made this out of my own idea.

However, I may consider including OCs related to this cartoon as well.

Description:
Dawkins Dalmatian was invited to attend the science conference somewhere in the Washington State, when he witnessed when the destruction of one city and conversion of majority of its citizens into muscularized warriors. As he hid himself in a bush in downtown right in the middle of the event, he eventually got caught by a powerful and threatening figure named Hypercore, in form of a brown fox wearing black torn attire and a blue long mask over his eyes, and wielding a cyan-glowing earpiece on his right ear. Normally Hypercore would have an evil glee and satisfy himself by turning Dawkins into one of his own as well, but when Dawkins shot him back with his own freeze gun, Hypercore struggled to free himself from new ice crytals, until his own body outheated the cold inside, allowing him to break down the now melting ice. In retaliation, he mistakingly hit Dawkins with his muscle-loving influence, instead of a usual muscle growth. As a result, Dawkins instantly gained confidence and unveiled another invention, this time a sonic gun. Dawkins fired a sonic gun, irritating Hypercore's eardrums and allowing the Dalmatian to flee uncaught.

While Dawkins had managed to flee the chaotic city and be picked up by an evacuating army, Hypercore began wondering what consequences would be on the escaping Dalmatian on a long run. Well, Dawkins suddenly began expressing his newly developed desire to build muscles, much to other evacuees' annoyance and fear. A week later, he had arrived back to London, where he would be greeted a warm and happy welcome by his Dalmatian family of 100, among them being his oldest siblings Dylan and Dolly and their parents Doug and Delilah. It was also the day that those parents were given an urgent call when two British airliners from different yet far distant destinations collided with each other and crashed into waters nearby the island of Shetland. Although Doug and Delilah feared that such a rescue would take weeks and that their younger children would get worried on the similar length, Dawkins confidently assured the former two that Dylan and Dolly would handle with kids by themselves.

As soon as Doug and Delilah quickly departed alongside several emergency vehicles on their way to Scotland, Dylan immediately expressed hesitance that their younger siblings would increasingly yearn for their parents' return, although Dolly remained unfazed, assuring him that their siblings could at least need some entertainment for once in a while. However, Dawkins opened his suitcase and unveiled four pills sealed in a plastic wrapper. Two pills were colored blue and the other two, red. The eldest sibling duo were handed two blue pills and were confused at first, until Dawkins told them that they were just multivitamins that also enhanced a user's performance and energy. Given that Dylan did a lot of household chores (which themselves would take physical effort with rowdy pups around) and Dolly did a lot of physical work (such as skateboarding, parkour and cardio), they agreed to take the pills, but not before asking Dawkins about their effects. The impatient Dawkins just shoved blue pills into their mouths, and effects came in almost immediately. Prior to this event, Dylan was known to be some control freak but for good reasons (i.e. being responsible for looking after his younger siblings), although he could be so egotistical that he tended to make unnecessary expositions or those at bad timing; while Dolly was a more active, more outgoing yet more popular among her siblings, but she happened to be so impulsive and emotional that she made a mess almost a dozen times.

After being forcefed blue pills, Dylan and Dolly remained unaffected personality-wise, but then they equally became more physically active, sharper and more alert, stronger and more aggressive, although no visible changes to their bodies, except they both had abs to begin with. Dylan's mindset had somehow replaced his freak-out response with a stricter and more alert streak, which would both keep his siblings safe effectively and annoy them should he take away something fun yet dangerous. He became patient and tolerant to stupidity and chaos around him, no longer having to make corrections as long as nothing went serious, but that wouldn't stop him from acting like a controlling and prideful father. Such a personality change would inspire him to take up as a police officer just a few months later. Dolly's lifestyle on the other hand remained intact but replaced recklessness with self-control and patience, but that would also upset her siblings should they request her to make dangerous stunts. She also developed sense of responsibility, not only that of her siblings, but also that of herself. It wouldn't discourage her energetic and outgoing personality, but then she also had a sudden switch to that of a strict mother only if a problem intensified. She began looking after her siblings once Dylan went on police duty, but that wouldn't stop her from making stunts should she wish. Of course, neither of their parents had any idea what was going on with them, or even with Dawkins to their extent.

After several months later, Dawkins had created multiple power drugs in hope of enhancing his entire family, while Dylan and Dolly became closer to each other, but not without conspiring to get red pills themselves. Dawkins knew what his eldest siblings were after and easily let them have them. What Dawkins should have them even earlier was that effects of both blue and red pills were permanent. Dylan and Dolly now acted more like a couple of fighters, having become equally bigger and more muscular, even more powerful and more aggressive, but their changes even made some differences. Dylan now carried some of Dolly's active lifestyle albeit without a skateboard, while Dolly developed some knowledge similar to Dylan's but she still tended to become bored after some long time. Dylan now aspired to become his childhood professional, an astronaut but with a jetpack, a railgun rifle, and a customized shield. Dolly now wanted to become like her dad, a firefighter but with a dangerous streak of an axe, a firehose, and jaws of life. Of course, their priority towards their family remained unaffected, but their new personality changes had cause their siblings to become worried. The eldest siblings were smart enough to pretend to be their normal selves to avoid suspicion from their parents, but that was enough for their younger siblings to angrily confront Dawkins. Disgusted with how arrogant Dawkins had become, they threatened to destroy his drugs and report him to the police, but unbeknownst to them Dawkins had already built his own robots to serve him. Consequently, he activated his robots to forcefeed his blue pills to the rest of his siblings, now finally starting to laugh evilly, as personality and physical changes began spreading among the latter.
