Name: OrcaVenture
Serial #: IR-005
Appearance: A massive inflatable orca with an enormous mouth that doubles as a ramp into her hollow bouncy body. Sections of her hull that would normally be white spots on a real orca are used as rubber skylights. Comfy inflatable furniture, a tall slide, and a small swimming pool are often seen inside her.
Personality: Eager for adventure when able, cares lovingly for her riders. Sees every ride she gives her passengers as an adventure, and always looks to thrill everyone who goes on her in the best way possible.
Powers:
Shapeshifting: Can alter her inflatable interior as she sees fit, and has sometimes been known to take the form of an orca-themed slide, depending on rental period.
Selective buoyancy: Possesses a unique ability to take in ocean water as ballast, allowing underwater transport at depths of up to 300 feet. Her huge tail can propel her through water when submerged, and she
Scuba suit: Like SplashQuack, OrcaVenture can give her passengers inflatable diving suits, usually either through her enormous mouth, or the slide at the rear of her hold. These suits can be easily tethered to OrcaVenture or other boats,
Orca mini-sub: Easily disguisable as a ride-on orca pooltoy, the suit can be inflated into a small submersible that the wearer can control using their limbs.
Baby orca: If OrcaVenture happens to find a person on the verge of drowning or lost at sea, and they have no way to reunite with their families, she can suit them and then fill them with air enough that they turn into happy baby inflatable Orcas that become her new children. This was implemented only as a failsafe, since the ocean is an unpredictable place.
Strategy: When not rented on land, she likes to take people on ocean tours, sometimes surprising them with a brief submarine dive. Has been known to perform stunts and spew water to draw in new customers.
Weakness: Cannot sink lower than 300 feet without succumbing to pressure, needs extra air to keep ballast tanks filled, if they are needed. Not as mobile on land.
Notes: Co-designed by Gwen Wong. First to have been designed with ``human utility systems'' in mind. Several factors used in InflataLine (IR-006).
