In her version of the Distortion world, Distra has been able to slow populate it with little bits of life here and there. Mostly ghost type pokemon or pokemon that she keeps safe from the material world, most of which being the dullaheon. Downside is that she has now taken on the role of overworked mom. Here we see an example of that with her trying to bring Fia in for bed. She didn't think she needed the cage in the beginning, but you have no idea how hard it is to put a child down to sleep with her disembodied head flying around half the house.
