So I decided to work some more lore into Zaki's home world of Duskona. With how Criminal offenders are dealt with. By turning them into Mind Controlled Jiang-Shi to be used as a source of labor for term of there sentence.
-Minor Crimes with short sentences get the seal but will be made to serve with times where they have control but a handler to use voice commands when they get out of line. Assignments mostly as trash pick up crew or those who aid with elderly. -Major Crimes have longer term and only get small amount of time to themselves but are bound too. When there being controlled there unbonded and assigned task like mining, or Farm hands. -Life and deathrow would have no control over there bodies what so ever and would be used for for dangerous work or sold off to people for there own sick amusement.
How the seal works is just stick to fore head and they are easy to command. The outfit is applied after. Basically is like the mind control chip from Kim Possible where there under your command but aware of everything.
Modeling the outfit we have Baavan Pendragon who was caught under the suspension of not being from the planet of Duskona and was detained until her father came and cleared everything up. she only was in it for 2 days but was treated as a low level threat.
