Character Description
Penelope is a character inspired by The Loud House, an ongoing TV show on Nickelodeon in terms of art style, is a main character featured in “My Life as a Teenage Rabbot”. She’s an optimistic, bubbly, energetic, and happy-go-lucky 11-year-old girl to her friends and now-adopted siblings.
Personality
She’s an optimistic, bubbly, energetic, and happy-go-lucky girl to her friends and siblings. Plus, she laughs at jokes, when reading one of her books in her bedroom upstairs and stumbles across a hilarious moment while reading. At times, however, she tends to be a bit klutzy, if not clumsy around things, and even herself on some occasions. At school and at home, she loves to wander in hallways, reading books, but never watches where she puts her feet onto. She often falls by tripping herself, or onto someone. She’s also very nice to people, let alone a great kid to get along with.
Likes/Dislikes
Likes: Gardening, journaling, reading books, playing board games, Broadway musicals, hot air balloons, superheroes, archery, and scrapbook making. Also loves playing Dungeons and Dragons with her friends, for that she is a DM in her own campaign.
Dislikes: Animal cruelty, long waits, Junk mail, being put “on hold” after waiting several minutes with a full bladder, and loud snoring from a friend or roommate
Background/History
At around 5-years-old in her early life (3-years-old before Season 1 of My Life as a Teenage Rabbot), she was put up for adoption by her parents, Roger and Rachel Atchison, due to Roger losing his job as a construction worker. After losing his job and not being to find another job thanks to the Financial crisis of 2007-2008, they had to file for foreclosure of their home in Rhode Island. With the little money they had saved up, they moved over to Milwaukee County in Wisconsin.
In 2013, when she was 3 years old, she was put up for adoption by her birth parents (which are unnamed in the TV series), after they moved to Milwaukee County in January 2011. However, in August 2013, she was adopted by Dr. Katherine Milton, a Scottish doctor and scientist, now her adoptive mother. Growing up, she lived with Ami Morrison, her older sister, along with Zooey Fitzpatrick and Classic Amy Rose, her two younger sisters. She now lives with her sisters, her mother Katherine, and her RS units at the Rose Systems Company, LLC, which is home to the Bunny Burrow, in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.

World/Setting
She's born in the city of Coventry in the centre of Rhode Island, but later moved to Milwaukee County, Wisconsin when her family moved back when she was younger. Her world takes place in the 2070s, but Penelope's story started somewhere around the mid-2010s.
Body
She's 11 years of age, tall and slender with a height of 4'9 (144.78 cm)” with a weight of 81.5 lbs. with a breast size of only a size 10 “-A” cup.
Clothing
She wears a light green shirt with dark green on the collar and sleeves that has an atom on the front, a blue skirt, red belt, socks, and darkish magenta sneakers. She wears aubergine coloured glasses alongside a light reddish coloured headband to keep her hair down, a flower that's on her headband, and a heavily modified smartwatch that was modified by Dr Katherine Milton the Rabbit. It was later modified by Lincoln. On the front of her shirt, she has a breast pocket that has four pencils tucked in, she has a pencil on her ear, and has freckles on her cheeks and wears braces due to her misaligned teeth. Her shirt has the atom symbol on the front, followed by a breast pocket. Penelope's glasses are big, thick aubergine coloured-framed, with two circular lenses that are a translucent blue colour, and only her pupils can be seen through them when she is wearing them. When she has her glasses off, however, one can see that, instead of her having black pupils like what the Loud siblings have, she has coffee brown eyes.
Accessories
A pink headband to keep her hair down, so that it doesn't poof up on her during the humid months, and she wears a purple smartwatch that allows her to travel to different dimensions at ease.
