This is the final scene in a series of commissions from Shendude of Egghead Jr. and the girls from his clubhouse, as shown in a comic panel from the 1990s Looney Tunes comic.
It looks as though Egghead Jr. has been bested in a wrestling match with this wide-eyed club-mate, but this is probably part of a a clever strategy.
