For some reason, this reminds me of my mother's Red Beans and Rice. She lived in New Orleans for a time and gained recipes for Seafood Gumbo and Read Beans and Rice. I had my mother make Read Beans and Rice for a company Thanksgiving dinner. There was too much for the entire staff, so one of my coworkers (Who was my manager's nephew) took the whole thing home. Long story short, from what I heard: He locked himself in his bathroom just so he could eat the whole damn thing, I swear it was enough to feed at least 8 people. This would be his attack
