(Note: Spotlite doesn't currently have a design, she's known to be a Sylveon but may also have some elements from Eevee's design, may be shiny, etc.)
Spotlite was born as the biological sister of Dawnlite, but was quickly tossed out by her parents when they realized she was a girl. Ironically, her brother Dawnlite was adopted by Skurry's "family" at the time, while Spotlite was left on the streets as an un-named stray Pokemon, since her parents never named her or Dawnlite. Spotlite was left to find food for herself, but nobody in the city would feed her. She also didn't have the heart to steal food, so she would often resort to stealing food scraps from the trash, which often gave her stomach problems and made her need to use the bathroom urgently, She also seemed to have some form of stage fright and was very shy, so when she had to go to the bathroom, she would try to find a private place only to realize she was being watched (and possibly recorded) by everyone around her, while some would point and laugh, and most people recording would be streaming it live for everyone else to mock her on the internet! Ironically, it wasn't the recording itself that was bothering her, it's just that they were shaming her for being different and going to the bathroom in front of everybody when she couldn't hold it anymore. A lot of times, she would hold it in and painfully suffer because she didn't want to be shamed, until she eventually would have an accident and the process would repeat itself. It even escalated to the point where she wouldn't fart in public when she really needed to go, and would try to hide the fact that she had to use the bathroom, but was unable to hold everything in and people would follow her to get a video of her relieving herself only to post it online for more people to mock her for being different and going in public rather than having her own shelter which she couldn't afford. The mockery extended beyond just the bathroom, however. A lot of times she would hide under a tarp at the entrance of buildings, especially during stormy nights, and others would see her under the tarp trying to avoid the rain. As a result, they would think it's funny to either drag her out from under the tarp and move her far away from it, or just remove the tarp so she ends up getting soaked. She would begin to cry, and they would shame her by taking a picture and putting it online! This cycle continued for almost her entire life starting from the day she was born and thrown onto the street by her own parents for being female. At one point, it was raining with a thunderstorm. She was completely afraid of the bright lights in the sky and loud noises, and couldn't find a suitable place to lay down where it would protect her from the rain. A restaurant owner saw her and brought her inside, which she took as if they were their guardian angel and went with them. This was the first time someone had apparently been nice to her, he even promised to show how how to cook her own meals, which probably would be of little use to her because she didn't have any possessions or any way to acquire ingredients without stealing them. So, the chef brought her into the backrooms, and showed her some boiling soup. She licked her lips at the sight of a good meal she could finally eat instead of eating garbage scraps for once, but then the chef proceeded to push her face down hard into the scalding hot soup, leaving her burning and unable to breathe! She struggled and tried to get away, only for the chef to throw her to the floor after 10 seconds, causing her to hit a cabinet and she couldn't get up from the pain! The chef then proceeded to dump the scalding hot pan filled to the brim with soup on top of her, causing her to get burns all over her body! Not only did he do this, but he also had a potato boiling in another pot, and thought his next "idea" would be funny. He proceeded to grab her tail and lift it up, which exposed her butt, then filmed her butt as he grabbed the potato from the boiling water and proceeded to sodomize her with it! She was uncontrollably crying by this point, since she was in a lot of pain and most people would tease her right away, except this guy was one of the first people to show kindness to her and then proceed to pull one of the nastiest pranks she had ever had to endure! He then proceeded to grab her by the tail with the potato still in her butt as it causes inflamation in her bowels, then put her into the trash can near an alleyway! She was crying, but unfortunately he had sound-proofed the trash so that nobody can hear her screams! She was also in too much pain to try and release the potato that she was sodomized with, and waited until the pain went away just enough to let the potato out. Eventually, she felt the trash can flip upside-down and she fell into the garbage truck! The driver immediately turned on the trash compactor as his truck was full, and she narrowly escaped at the last second. She even managed to get the potato from the incident earlier, and washed it in a lake in the city's park prior to eating it as she wanted to ensure it wasn't covered in her own filth. One day, she was starving and needed to pee and poop super bad while her stomach hurt like hell! She felt like she couldn't hold it anymore, and saw a private alleyway that seemed to be blocked off with police tape as if it were a crime scene. Unfortunately, she remembered the place all too well because of the chef that had previously assaulted her. But, as she now noticed it was blocked off with police tape, she wondered if she could sneak right in without alerting anybody. Could this be her chance? She rushed into the alleyway and hid behind a dumpster, only to be greeted by a Pichu that had a Pikachu tail, a notched ear, and didn't have the Pichu collar or Pikachu stripes on his back and tail. He recognized her as the one being shamed from all those videos he would see online, and began to record her butt, which caused her to begin crying as she felt like she knew what was coming! However, the Pichu said he was recording it for a friend of his and wasn't gonna shame her for going right in front of him, which seemed to calm her down but she was still really embarrassed and unsure if she should trust him, since she was betrayed the first time somebody acted nice to her. So, she gave him the benefit of the doubt and dropped of a big one right then and there, and it actually hurt her butt due to how wide and hard it was, and even left a huge puddle! The Pichu knew her bladder and bowels must have been super full just by the sheer size of the mess she made, only to hear her stomach roar. He told her to wait for him and hide behind the dumpster, but he couldn't shake this feeling that she reminded him of his former best friend who he let someone else take care of for him, since his sister had unintentionally traumatized them. So, he told his sister to "keep an eye on them", and not to do anything other than that, since he remembered a time when she played dress up with his companion, and used black duct tape to make them look like a mummy, which caused them to be completely unable to breathe since they were wrapped from head to toe, and she proceeded to put them in the dumpster in the alleyway. While she just wanted to play a game with them, she ended up nearly killing them unknowingly, so he couldn't believe he had to put faith in her not to do it again. However, when he came back, he was surprised that both his sister and the female Pokémon were still there, so he introduced himself as Gunter. He gave her a fresh burger and a Q-Tip. She would ask him what the Q-Tip was for, and he used it to swab her mouth, then let her eat the burger. After testing her DNA, he compared it to his former best friend's DNA, and realized that she was biologically related to Dawnlite. So, he gave her the nickname "Spotlite" which ended up being her name, even though that name would be ironic due to her personality and since she has stage fright.
