[Old Art] The Toon Smasher! By Kangaroomike366

This was made back in middle of 1997. I’m not sure if it was dip pen ink for this or not, but looks more like dip pen compared to say a BIC style pen. Sadly the artist has gone poof in the fandom far as I can tell, all traces erased online.
