Pela is quite a special character. Initially a community\mascot character for a former server I used to lead, she is my most talented freediver now~ Always up for a breathless challenge, she ventures even further than just into oceanic depths.
Her name comes from Pelagial (Greek pélagos = "open sea" aka ocean) and Avis (Lat.: "bird") -> Bird of the Ocean~
