Seems like Cregon came home after a long day at work and late night drinking.
This is basically how Cregon spends most of his days: Wake up, get dressed, go to work, work all day, drink booze the rest of the night, go home, and then go to sleep.
It's not like there's anyone at home for him to take care of.
