This is a follow up to "A drowned Pansear gets rescued by Pansage"...

After Pansage rescued a poor Pansear & giving him some of his air, they begin to resurface.
However, they couldn't hold their breath any longer, causing a cloud of bubbles to escape.
Now they are in need of rescuing. Maybe a water monkey?
