Man, it's been six years since I drew this art. When I first saw Casper the Friendly Ghost in my life was that I saw and played a computer game called Casper Brainy Book at the elementary school I went when I was about 6, 7 or 8. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2hOAtQh8vWs The game is really based on the movie Casper 1995. Such a shame I never got to watch the movie as a kid until at the year of 2016 at June after I graduated from High School. It was really charming. When I was 11 or 12 I realised that Casper franchise existed about years before even my grandparents were born.
Heck, even during my vacation now, I even rewatched it again and again. it handles the tone very well and it doesn't take itself too seriously and I like that. If it does take itself too seriously, I'd be bored. I never really care if a TV show, video game, movie, comic or book is dark or light hearted as long as it's good and well written. I'm more mix between light and dark. Plus, the old Art Nouveau styled manor called Whipstaff Manor is so beaufiful but also spooky at the same time. I know it's a manor and depite it's filled with spider webs and dust, but the interor of this manor kinda made me think of a fancy hotel, the bedroom, the hallway, the art nouveau style and even the kitchen. This movie made me want to check on hotel and sleep over there. I aslo know the movie is meant to be Halloween too. But I watched it in summer anyway and I even showed that to my family when I was at their home. my mom really enjoyed it because it's a fun and charming movie. both kids and adults enjoy it although some people think it's not their cup of tea and not being perfect and I understand that.
Anyway, boy, despite it's old, I tried my best to draw humans and the dance pose. I tried to draw Kat and Casper in his human form.
