Prediction:

By the end of this story, Shani will be healthy and full of energy, wanting to enjoy the beautiful winter landscape...

...and Darnell is going to be completely broken and bed-ridden because the "cure" spiked Shani's libido into the stratosphere and he just couldn't keep up :P.
