I suck at art so I'm just putting up random crap. Here's our Domain a year ago. Dexter Fox and I bought the house back in 2009 it had all boring white walls all over. Well, since we took out the old carpet from 2009 and replaced it with fake wood floor, we decided to paint the joint.
We took advantage and before the floor was installed and with the old carpet in place we painted the dining area in the color of mocha brown, the living room, lilac, the hallway sunflower yellow our computer/office room mint green and the guest bedroom baby blue.
We have had many folks visit us now and have mentioned that it's a very unique color combination and it works. We think so too. We love the new look as well. All white walls were so boring. And we did the painting ourselves including paint and supplies, for the cost of sweat body aches and grumbling for less than $450.00 bucks for almost the entire whole house. Professional painters wanted to charge 4 times that! We said thank you but no.
