Sparks decided he wanted to pull a job and went to take the Treasure so even Shadow and his friends would accept him if he likes to part of the Pokemon Phantom Thieves. So he went to find the treasure that even his Maid won't even notice. So his outfit is kinda similar to Nicolas' except he has something white to wear and even his scarf is cool and different but in the same color. So he found the treasure and went to take it. So the Treasure is a Box with Chocolate Cake in side alongside a Jar of Cookies with different types including Chocolate Chip. I bet he is ready to be part of the Pokemon Phantom Thieves.
